Cancellation Policy
SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 24 hours of date of journey. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the ticket and tour package are not refundable.
• There is no cancellation of tickets and tour packages under the Same Day journey.
• No cancellations are entertained for those tour packages and tickets that the SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
• SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD does not accept cancellation requests for non refundable tickets and tour packages. However, cancellation of tickets and tour packages can be made if SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD will not give you the package and ticket according to you.
• In case you feel that the ticket and any tour package received are not as shown as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of booking date. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Refund Policy – SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD
When you buy SUPREME VACATIONS (P) LTD services, your purchase is covered by our satisfaction service. Cancellation is not being provided for any non refundable ticket and package.
